Regional Sales Manager – Embedded & Industrial Computing
Northern California (Remote with Travel)

A global leader in industrial and embedded computing solutions is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive growth across the West Coast territory. This is a high-impact role for a hunter with deep industry knowledge and strong relationships with engineers, buyers, and decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and secure new business across embedded boards, systems, panel PCs, tablets, and network appliances.
  • Collaborate with engineering and support teams to review specifications and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and leverage competitive advantages.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets.
  • Expand account base and drive year-over-year project growth.
  • Engage with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to generate and follow up on leads.
  • Represent the company at industry tradeshows within the territory.
  • Develop channel business through franchised distributors and reps.
  • Coordinate technical training for partners.
  • Build strong customer relationships to foster mutual success.
  • Manage customer and project lifecycles using CRM tools.

Candidate Profile:

  • Based in NorCal, OR, or WA with willingness to travel frequently.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator.
  • Independent, proactive, and team-oriented.
  • Proven track record in sales within embedded/industrial computing and networking.
  • Technically proficient with system-level products.
  • Skilled in project management and multitasking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
