Enterprise Sales Manager - EMEA- Networking Solutions
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager - EMEA based with a background in networking solutions. This is a remote-based role with regular business travel across the region.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and manage existing accounts across EMEA
- Sell advanced networking and connectivity solutions including LTE/5G routers, SD-WAN, wireless access points, and edge gateways.
- Engage with Telecom operator, system integrators, value-added resellers, distributors, and end users
- Lead the entire sales cycle: from customer requirements discovery, solution positioning, product demos, PoC coordination, pricing negotiation, to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key clients, channel partners, and telco carriers.
- Promote new product lines and firmware updates; work closely with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback.
- Maintain up-to-date records using CRM tools; provide weekly sales forecasts and activity reports to regional leadership.
Requirements
- Based in EMEA, able to work independently and report to regional HQ.
- Fluent in local language and English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or Business (or equivalent work experience).
- EU citizen or valid EU work permit.
- Proven sales experience in IT, networking, or telecom equipment, especially with edge connectivity, M2M, or SD-WAN solutions.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiar with vertical market needs and buying cycles in sectors like smart infrastructure, transportation, or manufacturing.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
